Project Overview

This is a UI design kit I created for a mobile space adventure game. My main goal was to design an interface that is clean, engaging, and has a fun, polished look. The design is built on glossy, bubbly panels, glowing highlights, and a deep space color scheme to pull the player into its cosmic world.

This was a comprehensive project covering all essential aspects of a game's interface:

Full Design Process: I've shown the entire journey, from the initial layout sketches to the final polished assets.
Core Menus: Includes the Main Menu, Settings, Level Selection, and an Exit Confirmation pop-up.
In-Game HUD: Features top-screen player stat bars (Health & Currency).
In-App Purchase Store: A clean and clear shop screen for players to buy in-game currency.
Cohesive Style: All components, from the largest panels to the smallest icons, share a consistent visual language.

Every design starts with a solid foundation. This was the initial black-and-white sketch, where I focused purely on the layout, spacing, and composition before diving into the color and visual details. Getting the structure right first was key.

To maintain consistency, I created a simple style guide. The 'Kitchen Police' font has a great blocky, digital feel for the theme. The color palette was carefully chosen for high contrast, using deep space blues, energetic reds, and a rich gold for rewards.

I really enjoyed designing this full UI set, especially creating the glowing, cosmic look. Balancing so many elements while keeping the screen clean was a great design challenge.
